Job summary

Nat-su Healthcare seeks a licensed clinician to train staff on clinical concepts with cultural awareness in Utah. Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in mental health and active licensure or eligibility in Utah.
• Experience designing and delivering training across modalities; familiarity with Medicaid documentation and clinical settings.
• Experience with trauma-informed treatment practices and potential additional training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs across the organization.
• Ensure documentation and tracking of all staff training.
• Assess behavioral health positions to identify training needs and implement plans.
• Coordinate ASAM training and clinical documentation for staff.
• Deliver training sessions, co-facilitate, and prepare materials.
• Manage Case Management training to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of content.
• Track completion and report on training activities.
