• BCLS certification or equivalent within 3 months of hire.
• CPI training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision and values in developing services, standards and practices.
• Documents findings accurately and in a timely manner and formulate the plan of care based on findings.
• Ability to represent the program well in interactions both inside and outside the hospital.
• Complete family session within 24 hours of patient admission unless adequate justification for delay is documented.
• Completes discharge plans for patients with existing support systems.
