Job summary

Community Health Network at the Hillsdale Office seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to engage individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, improving health and wellness and guiding clients toward self-directed lives.

This role uses evidence-based practices (MI, CBT, EMDR, ACT) to help clients navigate healing, build resilience, and develop personalized treatment plans; requires Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Indiana required.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient mental health interventions including psycho-social assessments, individual and family therapies, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using modalities to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
• Develop discharge plans and support transitions as appropriate to client needs.
