Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for Youth at the Southpoint clinic. The role involves delivering evidence-based mental health services to youth, with opportunities to engage families and schools in the care plan.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, with some evenings to accommodate client needs. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a mental health field and are license-eligible in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field.
• License eligible for the LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health interventions including individual, family and group therapies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy sessions to help reduce distress and improve functioning.
• Develop and implement discharge plans as appropriate to client needs.
• Maintain confidential documentation of client progress and outcomes.
