Job summary

BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist II for our Behavioral Health Urgent Care in New Port Richey, FL. This PRN, outpatient position involves individual, group and family counseling, crisis support and assessment, and travel to various sites as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff as assigned, providing clinical impressions, and performing other duties.

Qualifications

• Requires LMFT/LMHC/LCSW licensure.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team at the Behavioral Health Urgent Care in New Port Richey, FL !

• Facility: Behavioral Health Urgent Care
• Location: New Port Richey
• Status: PRN, As Needed
• Shift Hours: Days will vary, day shift
• Weekend Work: None
• On Call: No

The Behavioral Health Therapist II-Outpatient Is Responsible For:

• Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impression and assessment.
• Performing crisis support and services as needed.
• Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
• Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
• Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required

Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License - program specific
• LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) -

Required

Education:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Related Field

Experience:

• 2 Years - Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Children's Services or Psychology
