Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment.

We are hiring BHTs for the overnight shift (11pm–9am) to manage daily operations, train the team, oversee client engagement, and maintain a warm, compliant recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum one year sobriety required.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character modeled after recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
