Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a BHT Supervisor to oversee Behavioral Health Technicians, ensure adherence to treatment protocols, and coordinate unit operations. The role includes reporting issues to leadership and maintaining daily logs.
The position emphasizes training new staff, assisting with hiring, and supporting staff development while delivering compassionate behavioral health care to clients in our facility.

In addition to performing the role of a BHT, the BHT Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of clients and other BHTs while on duty. The BHT Supervisor ensures client and staff follow protocols, and reports issues to the Program Director / BHT Manager and others as needed.
Provide training and day‑to‑day guidance to the BHT team including, but not limited to, making daily rounds of the facility.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. The employee must seldom carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation. Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Incumbent may be exposed to traumatic situations (i.e. psychiatric).
