Pyramid Healthcare is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients and staff in York, PA. The role involves ensuring client well-being, crisis intervention when needed, and helping with daily activities and transports.

We offer a full-time position with shift options (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM) and a competitive hourly rate. Valid driver’s license is required, and a high school diploma is needed to join our team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients.
• Maintain detailed client records through verbal communication and written logs.
• Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
• Facilitate client activities, such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reports.
• Ensure adherence to client schedules and treatment plan objectives.
• Monitor the medication line and assist with medication distribution.
• Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: York, PA

Hourly Rate: $15/hour Plus Shift Differentials

• First Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
• Second Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Third Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
