Make a Difference in Someone's Recovery Journey

Pyramid Healthcare's Ridgeview program is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to help lead our residential BHT team.

In this role, you'll provide guidance, coaching, and support to Behavioral Health Technicians while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment for young adults receiving substance use disorder treatment. You'll play an important part in supporting both the clients working toward recovery and the team members who help make that recovery possible.

Schedule & Flexibility

This is a full-time position offering flexibility in how your 40-hour workweek is structured!

  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (double shift)

An additional shift will be scheduled to bring the position to 40 hours per week. We're flexible and open to discussing what that additional shift could look like based on your availability and scheduling preferences.

For example, if you prefer working longer shifts and having fewer days at work, we're open to discussing an additional double shift or another schedule combination that works for both you and the program.

Our goal is to offer flexibility while maintaining the full-time, 40-hour schedule needed for this position.

  • Collaborate with clinical and residential staff to support client treatment goals, engagement, and overall well-being.

  • Model professional boundaries, ethical conduct, and respectful communication.

  • Help promote accountability, teamwork, and consistency within the BHT department.
