Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare seeks a proactive Behavioral Health Technician Lead to oversee client monitoring, interventions, and support treatment plans while ensuring smooth transportation to appointments. The role focuses on training, onboarding, and maintaining training materials to drive quality care.

This full-time position runs 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with weekend coverage as needed. Compensation is $16/hr before shift differentials, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client monitoring and safety in the facility.
• Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
• Test and review onboarding and training materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date trainee attendance, progress, and achievements records.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
• Answer questions from trainees during sessions and stay informed on policies.
• Participate in work groups and support performance improvements.
• Conduct competency evaluations for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Behavioral Health Technician Lead to oversee client monitoring, facilitate interventions, and support treatment plans while ensuring smooth transportation to appointments.

Pay:

$16/hr before shift differentials

Shift:

7:00am - 3:00pm - Monday - Friday - weekend coverage as needed

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
• Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
• Test and review onboarding and training materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
• Remain informed on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
• Participate in work groups and engage in performance improvement of our organization.
• Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
