Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct observation of patients to support RN and ensure safety.

• Ability to collaborate with the care team and participate in improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient behaviors and changes and report to the care team.
• Respond to patient aggression following protocol.
• Build relationships with clients, families, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Transport patients safely using appropriate equipment.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Demonstrate consistency in performing clinical skills and completing tasks.
