Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is seeking a dedicated professional to provide day-to-day operational support to our medical and clinical teams. You will help with admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, and phones while fostering a warm, recovery-focused environment for clients.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification (preferred), and a minimum one-year sobriety if in recovery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum one-year sobriety required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).
