Position Summary: The BHT provides specialized behavioral services directed by a detailed treatment plan and under the direction of a BC, who is responsible for the treatment plan.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the equivalent to a High School Diploma, And
have completed a 40 hour Training covering RBT, which can be acquired at no cost, Or
A minimum of two years experience in the provision of Behavioral Health Services.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education or similar human services) And,
have completed a 40 hour Training covering RBT, which can be acquired at no cost, Or
A minimum of two years experience in the provision of Behavioral Health Services
