Qualifications

Key Essential Responsibilities

• Provide timely and error-free inspections, diagnoses, and automotive repairs following established company policy and procedures.
• Complete service inspections supporting customers' requested service while clearly documenting the manufacturer specifications/tolerances, supporting communication with the customer.
• Communicate technical aspects of repair to customer when asked by salesperson or manager.
• Perform approved vehicle repairs using established company and industry guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Experience/Education/Other Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years automotive technician experience required
• Valid PA inspection and emissions licenses, and Mobile Refrigeration Certification (609c)
• Valid drivers' license, acceptable driving history, and reliable transportation
• ASE Certifications preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own tools
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. (may exceed on occasion)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
