Harmony Health Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support the Facility Director and treatment teams in daily operations, ensuring safe and orderly care for patients and adherence to facility policies and state/federal regulations.

The role involves intake data collection, rounds, patient supervision, transportation if licensed, medication handling during scheduled times, incident reporting, and collaboration with housekeeping and clinical staff to maintain a therapeutic,

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with customer service/hospital experience.
• At least five years of driving experience with a valid license and clean record.
• Experience in chemical dependency/substance abuse or human services preferred.
• Complete TB testing and background consent prior to hire.
• CPR, HIPAA, HIV/AIDS, and related trainings required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise patients in daily activities and monitor adherence to clinical schedules.
• Transport clients as needed with a valid driver's license.
• Conduct safety checks and report safety issues to the supervisor.
• Observe and document medications taken by clients.
• Complete required trainings and participate in in-services.
• Maintain safety of the physical environment.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or safety breaches.
