Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking Overnight Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to manage daily residential operations and support a warm recovery environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification preferred, and a commitment to ongoing teamwork and client safety on night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules and policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
