Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking qualified Behavioral Health Technicians for overnight shifts to support our residential program. You will help with intake, supervision, transportation, meals, and medications while promoting a safe and recovery-focused environment.

We value leaders with empathy, strong boundaries, and integrity who can guide a compassionate team. Candidates with a high school diploma (or GED) and CPR certification preferred should apply to join our growing rehab

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
