Avenues Recovery Center, a nationwide network of rehab centers, is hiring BHTS to support medical and clinical teams across admissions, transport, meals, medication, supervision, and phones. The role emphasizes engaging clients with warmth and ensuring safety, while documenting incidents and performing essential administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification preferred, and a year of sobriety if in recovery.

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and elevate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)

Avenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is a residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
