Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for third shift (11pm–7:30am) at our Indianapolis facility. You will oversee daily residential operations, supervise staff, and maintain a supportive recovery environment for clients.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with CPR/driver’s license beneficial.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for Third shift 11pm - 7:30am for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
