Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for evening and overnight shifts. You will manage daily residential operations, supervise the BHT team, coordinate activities, transportation, meals, and medications, and maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment for residents.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification preferred, and strong leadership with warmth and boundary setting.

Qualifications

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, and medications.

• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
