Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician to support daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, transportation, meals, and medication administration. You will train and guide the BHT team, escalate crises to the Lead BHT, and help maintain a warm, supportive recovery environment while ensuring compliance with all policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)


• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities


• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician


• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment


• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred


• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred


• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries


• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
