Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is accepting applications for BHTs on the overnight shift. You will manage daily residential operations, supervise and train the BHT team, and escalate crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician as needed.

You will help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment, ensure adherence to rules, and support clients with compassionate care while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
CPR certification preferred.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
