Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH seeks an Overnight BHT to manage daily residential operations, oversee the BHT team, and maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment.

Responsibilities include supervising intake, transport, meals, and medications while ensuring policy compliance and client engagement during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character consistent with recovery principles.

What You'll Do
