Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking Overnight BHTs to manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, and activities. You will train and support the BHT team, escalate crises to the Lead BHT, and maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

The role focuses on client engagement, morale, and strict adherence to facility rules and procedures, ensuring safety and quality across shifts while supporting sober living and recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
