Job summary

Merakey is hiring a Behavior Health Technician for our Latrobe, PA programs. You will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, or community settings, following a planned treatment approach.

Work with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, attend supervision, and contribute to patient goals while promoting development and family engagement. Valid GED or high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services preferred.
• Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent in home, school, or community settings.
• Implements behavior modification treatment plans with supervision.
• Documents behavioral data and maintains progress notes for billing.
• Collaborates with treatment team and families; attends training and supervision.
