Job summary

Merakey invites qualified candidates to join our Behavioral Health Technician team in Indiana, PA. You will provide one-on-one behavioral health interventions across home, school and community settings, following a senior-designed treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for the child or adolescent.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and preferred experience with BH services plus RBT training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT).
• Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement behavior modification treatment plans developed by a senior team member.
• Document behavioral data and maintain progress notes for billing and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with treatment team and families to support discharge planning.
