Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Support Services is seeking Full-time MHTs or CNAs for our Behavioral Hospital at the Lacombe, LA facility. The role covers 7AM–7PM shifts and focuses on delivering compassionate care in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu by monitoring program rules and assisting in control of patients.
• Assists clinicians with patient care tasks and therapists with therapeutic interventions.
• Documents patient departures, significant occurrences, vital signs, and observations.
• Performs clerical duties supporting Health Information Management, Intake, Administrative Assistant, Clinic Manager and Administrator.
