Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or college coursework in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• CPR and Handle With Care certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships by providing daily support and supervision to patients
• Monitor and document behavior, conduct safety checks, ensure a structured, supportive environment
• Take vital signs and assist with admissions and discharges
• Escort patients as needed and help teach life skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healing atmosphere
