Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in a mental health care setting preferred (preferably as a Mental Health Technician or CNA).
• Appropriate education in a mental health related field might substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and therapeutic milieu by monitoring program rules and assisting with security and patient management.
• Assists clinicians with patient care tasks and therapists with therapeutic interventions.
• Performs clerical duties supporting Health Information Management, Intake, Administrative Assistant, Clinic Manager and Administrator.
• Documents patient departures, vital signs, and significant occurrences as required.
• Demonstrates teamwork and flexibility in completing duties within established guidelines.
• Performs other duties and special projects as required.
