The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational oversight of the Behavioral Health Technician department. This position oversees staffing, employee performance, department operations, client supervision practices, and the therapeutic milieu to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality behavioral health services in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
The BHT Manager collaborates with clinical, nursing, and operational leadership to support quality client care, staff development, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement across assigned programs.
