Avenues Recovery Center Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. We seek a dedicated BHT to manage daily operations, support the team, and maintain a warm recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
