Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients.
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for conducting functional analyses of patient behavior, participating as a member of the treatment team, contributing to the Master Treatment Plan, and implementing appropriate interventions. The Behavioral Health Technician conducts individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, life-skill training, and coaching for all patients. The Technician is also responsible for safety monitoring of patients and the unit.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licenses/Certifications: BLS Certification, CPI certification/training.
Experience: 1 year in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
