Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for evening and overnight shifts. You’ll manage daily residential operations, oversee client engagement, and support the BHT team to maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to recovery principles are essential. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are preferred, with sobriety requirements if in recovery.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations ( intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
