Job summary

Better Half of Me Behavioral Wellness LLC in the Greater Phoenix Area is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to support adult residents. You will monitor behaviors, assist with daily activities, and help implement individualized behavioral health plans.

Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to engage residents in therapeutic activities and ensure safety, dignity, and respectful care. This on-site role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis to support structured behavioral plans.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with residents, families, and care teams.
• Foundational understanding of Psychology to respond to behavioral needs and support recovery.
• Experience in residential, behavioral health, or mental health settings is preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, manage stressful situations, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
