• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document observations clearly, and interact with residents in a respectful, supportive manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in residential, mental health, or behavioral health settings is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, manage stressful situations, and follow individualized care plans consistently.

Role Description

The Residential Behavioral Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, ID. Additional duties may involve participating in team meetings, maintaining a structured and therapeutic environment, and following all organizational policies and regulatory standards.
