Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a mental health clinic or residential healthcare setting.
• AAPT certification at level three within 12 months of hire.
• Current certification in either BLS or CPR/BLS.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health services and collect health data.
• Monitor patient safety, perform wellness checks, and assist in psycho-educational groups.
• Coordinate care with Behavioral Health Providers and document in eHR.
• Chaperone detainees to appointments and assist with bedside care as directed.
• Maintain treatment records, therapy notes, and group session documentation.
