Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to medical and clinical teams.
• Engage and build rapport with clients.
• Monitor clients and enforce Avenues policies.
• Record and escalate critical incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill administrative duties including shift documentation.
• Oversee and support BHTs on your shift.
