Avenues Recovery Center in Maryland is hiring for all shifts to support admissions, transportation, meals, medication, and supervision. You will engage clients to create a warm recovery environment and help ensure safety and policy adherence across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with CPR certification preferred. A recovery-based perspective is valued as you support residents in a 93-bed residential setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and expand any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
