Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Clarksville seeks a motivated Behavioral Health Technician Specialist to support clinical teams and ensure a safe, compassionate environment for clients. Responsibilities include admissions support, daily operations, and incident reporting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, CPR certification preferred, and a commitment to recovery principles. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
