Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick, a 93-bed residential facility, is seeking a dedicated clinician support teammate to help the medical and clinical teams deliver safe, compassionate care. You will handle admissions support, transportation, meals, supervision, and daily office tasks while building rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and upscale any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support
