Qualifications

• Must pass background checks and drug screens.
• Active driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Communicate client needs and behaviors to supervisor and clinical team as necessary.
• Conduct room and bag searches of clients upon admission and at random.
• Assist in the client intake process through transportation coordination and paperwork.
• Address problems in the client community using de-escalation techniques.
• Oversee community cleanliness and enforce program rules.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff at all times.
