Job summary

Archstone Behavioral Health in Florida is seeking experienced Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. Full-time positions are available.

BHTs provide safety and well-being support for clients, observe, monitor, and report changes to the clinical team, and act as a bridge between clients and clinicians. Responsibilities include communicating client needs to supervisors and clinical staff, conducting room and bag searches, assisting with intake and transportation, de-escalating conflicts,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform de-escalation techniques.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct room and bag searches of clients both upon admission and at random.
• Assist in the client intake process through transportation coordination, community orientation and appropriate intake paperwork.
• Address problems in the client community through verbal, de-escalation techniques.
• Oversee community cleanliness and enforce program rules and expectations.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff at all times.
• Maintain both client rights and client confidentiality at all times.

Archstone Behavioral Health is looking for experienced Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. Full-time positions are currently available.

BHT's are responsible for the safety and well-being of the client population as well as observing, monitoring and reporting as necessary. An ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the client and the clinical team to notify of any changes in behavior or physical or mental condition.
