Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDCA licensure preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting or related field.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to clients in clinical and sober living settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and medication management.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Facilitate group sessions and therapeutic activities as directed by the clinical team.
• Transport clients safely to facilities and appointments; maintain travel logs.
