Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 1 year as a care partner, CNA, or similar role.
• Preferred experience: Behavioral health population experience.
• Certification: BLS certification required; if not current, must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships and monitor patient interactions.
• Support safety, crisis intervention, and de-escalation as needed.
• Assist with ADLs and routine activities for patients.
• Collect specimens and transport to the lab per policy.
• Triage calls, document changes, and coordinate care with nurses.
