Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year direct care experience with adult psychiatric or chemical dependency clients is acceptable.
• High School/GED with 3 years direct care experience in a related setting is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to patients.
• Observe and document behaviors and progress.
• De-escalate crises with compassionate intervention when needed.
• Support screenings and assessments with clinical and admissions teams.
• Promote daily living independence and patient dignity.
