Job Overview

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Cottonwood Springs – Full time, nights, 3x12 shifts (7p-7a), rotating weekends. Provide therapeutic support to patients under RN direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support therapeutic milieu, ensuring schedule/program consistently delivered.


• Supervise patients and maintain safety.


• Treat patients and guests with respect and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• CPR and de‑escalation certification within 30 days of hire.


• Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.


• 1 year of experience in psychiatric inpatient setting.
