Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for Behavioral Health Technician Support at our Clarksville residential facility. Join a team providing admissions support, transportation, meals, medication handling, supervision, and 24/7 care in a compassionate recovery environment.

We value warmth, empathy, and reliability. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification; sobriety in recovery is preferred.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).

What You'll Do
