Avenues Recovery Center in Watson, IN is hiring Behavioral Health Tech Specialists (BHTS) for all shifts. You will support clinical teams with admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones and daily operations, while helping create a warm, welcoming recovery environment for clients.

The right candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license ( CPR certification preferred ), strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, and a compassionate,

• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).

What You'll Do
