Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for the 2025-2026 school year. The technician will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with emotional disturbances, implement treatment plans, and provide necessary training in a supportive manner. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications and at least two years of experience in the behavioral health field.

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents aged 2-24 with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Under the guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will help improve independent functioning to reduce or eliminate the need for ongoing services. Your responsibilities include traveling daily to clients' homes, schools, or service locations to implement treatment plans, behavioral interventions, and consequences. You will set boundaries with clients and families to prevent dependency, support parents and professionals, and provide training and positive reinforcement in a culturally competent manner.
