• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Training within 10 days of hire.

About Your Role

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents aged 2-24 with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Under the guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will help improve independent functioning to reduce or eliminate service needs. You will travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations, following prescribed treatment plans, and providing behavioral interventions and support to clients and their families. You will set boundaries to prevent dependency, support parents and professionals, and educate/train families in skill utilization, using positive reinforcement and culturally competent approaches.

Qualifications

• Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT.
• At least 2 years of Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an accredited organization.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with completion of the 40-hour RBT Training (or ability to complete within the first 10 days of hire, paid training).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing Behavioral Health services.
